BIO ERIC R. LEVY, PRINCIPAL, GOLDSTEIN MANAGEMENT

Under his direction, for over 20 years as a real estate industry professional, Eric is able to use his wide range of experience with both landlords, tenants, contractors, and real estate investors to effectively solve critical issues, implement strategy, create value, increase occupancy through leasing, and maintain tenant retention throughout properties he manages.

Eric is experienced in working with landlords in key management roles, including asset manager, property manager, construction manager, and leasing broker. He has managed properties across all types of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, and residential. He sets high standards for every individual project, no matter how large or how small. Eric’s success is directly attributable to his attention to high quality and detail specifications. He is an asset to any real estate project due to his versatility and expertise in managing budgets, construction projects, negotiating contracts, and leases. Whether you need an architect, designer, construction crew, brokerage, property manager, etc., Eric can bring together and coordinate the best professional team for your project.

Eric has worked with real estate investment firms, including Ivy Realty, SLX Capital Management, Jamestown Properties, and C-3 Capital Partners. Also, his tenant roster has included Walmart, CVS, Burlington, 7-11, Panera Bread, Carl Zeiss, Pernod Ricard, Greenberg Traurig, and Verizon.

Eric has a Bachelor’s Degree from Quinnipiac University, where he was a member of the NCAA men’s lacrosse team. He has served on the Executive Board of Trustees at his temple, where he was the co-chair of their building committee. During his tenure, Eric was in charge of a multi-million dollar building project for their new education wing. Eric lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

BIO ALAN GOLDSTEIN, PRINCIPAL

Alan Goldstein, Principal of Goldstein Management &Founder and Chairman of The Goldstein Group has been involved for 30 years in all aspects of retail brokerage, land assemblage and real estate finance. He is actively involved in developing commercial, multi-family investment properties and was responsible for the launch of the newly formed Investment Sales division that works with institutions, corporations and private investors seeking to sell or acquire a wide range of investments. In addition, Mr. Goldstein is a Director of ARCTRUST that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of retail real estate throughout the United States.

In addition to being the founder of The Goldstein Group in 1986, his achievements include representing property owners and such notable national and regional tenants, including Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sports Authority, Shop Rite, Whole Foods, Sleepy’s, Modell’s, Walmart, Michaels, Lowe’s, Petsmart, A&P, Albertson’s, Walgreens and Pathmark. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College.

BIO NEIL GOLDSTEIN, PRINCIPAL

Neil Goldstein, Principal of Goldstein Management, co-founded The Goldstein Group in 1986 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience.

Through the years he has represented a wide-range of landlords with their leasing efforts on properties such as free standing buildings, central business district locations, strip centers and power shopping centers.

He has also assisted numerous retailers and restaurants with their expansion into New Jersey, such as Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sherwin Williams DXL/Casual Male, M&T Bank, GNC, Radio Shack, PNC Bank, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Pet Valu, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, Pearle Vision, Doctors Express, Doctor Dental, Strauss Discount Auto and Blockbuster Video.

In addition to his responsibilities of running The Goldstein Group’s operations, Neil is also responsible for TGG’s highly regarded Retail Vacancy Survey, which annually monitors the vacancy rates of over 100 million square feet of NJ retail properties.

Neil graduated from Syracuse University and is an avid sports fan while also coaching numerous sports teams for his children.
